Betelhem Gedlu focuses her practice on intellectual property and technology. She guides clients in a broad range of IP matters, including IPR petitions and POPRs, invalidity contentions, and non-infringement and inequitable conduct arguments, as well as in patent issues spanning inequitable conduct, invalidity, document production, claim construction, doctrine of equivalents, pre-suit infringement notice, and expert disclosures.
