- Citicorp North America and Berkshire Hathaway Energy in connection with the US$219 million Shannon wind power project being developed by Alterra Power Corp. and Starwood Energy Group in Clay and Jack Counties, Texas;
- Morgan Stanley and Santander in connection with the approximately US$180 million Route 66 wind project being developed by First Wind Energy;
- Morgan Stanley and MUFG in connection with the approximately US$20 million South Plains wind power project being developed by First Wind Energy;
- Entegra Power Group in the sale of a 550MW natural gas power block and 25% interest in all related common facilities to Tucson Electric Power Company and UNS Electric, Inc.;
- The acquisition by Macquarie Infrastructure Company of ownership interests in Idaho Wind Partners 1, LLC, a project company that owns a 183 MW portfolio comprised of eleven wind power projects in Idaho;
- The approximately US$720 million acquisition by SteelRiver Infrastructure Partners in the acquisition of the natural gas distribution business of EQT Corporation;
- The acquisition by Macquarie Infrastructure Company from BayWa r.e. Wind, LLC of the Brahms wind power project in New Mexico;
- The approximately US$455 million investment by tax equity investors in the Buffalo Dunes wind power project developed by Enel Green Power North America Inc.;
- The acquisition, debt financing and tax equity investment on behalf of an affiliate of Macquarie Infrastructure Company of a series of solar power projects; and
- The establishment of a joint venture to provide solar energy services to large-scale solar power projects and the acquisition of various solar power projects for Building Energy S.p.A. as part of its entry into the U.S. renewable energy market.
