Chelsea Raiten is a knowledgeable and experienced labor and employment lawyer. Clients rely on her careful attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and strategic execution. She advises clients on both routine labor and employment issues and highly sensitive and complex matters.

Her practice primarily focuses on the representation of public and private companies in various employment matters. Chelsea regularly drafts employment and severance agreements and provides day-to-day counseling and advice to clients regarding hiring and terminations. She frequently defends clients against claims of employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and breach of employment contracts.   • Obtained dismissal with prejudice for a venture capital firm in a lawsuit by the founder of a former portfolio company alleging claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, and related claims
  • Obtained favorable international arbitration ruling for an insurer in a breach of contract action brought by its insured
