Christina Martin is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. She focuses her practice on financial services-related matters, including ERISA, banking, and securities litigation, as well as insurance litigation and arbitration.
Christina maintains an active pro bono practice, focused on preservation of voting rights as well as immigration status and humanitarian parole matters.
- Representing a multinational investment bank and financial services company as national eDiscovery coordinating counsel for PPP-related litigation and investigations
