Christina Martin is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. She focuses her practice on financial services-related matters, including ERISA, banking, and securities litigation, as well as insurance litigation and arbitration.

Christina maintains an active pro bono practice, focused on preservation of voting rights as well as immigration status and humanitarian parole matters.

  • Representing a multinational investment bank and financial services company as national eDiscovery coordinating counsel for PPP-related litigation and investigations
  • Representing underwriters in securities class actions, asserting claims under Sections 11, 12, and 15 of the Securities Act of 1933
  • Defending a global management consulting company in ERISA litigation in the Western District of North Carolina and the Southern District of Ohio
  • Representing an information technology and services company in a putative class action asserting breaches of the fiduciary duty of prudence
  • Defending a global medical device company in an AAA arbitration alleging breach of a consulting agreement
  • Defending an amusement park operator in chapter 11 litigation in the Southern District of New York
