Chris Jeanes advises private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and investors and on fund and acquisition terms. He has worked on a variety of fund raisings and secondary transactions, including acquisitions of large portfolios of direct and indirect interests.

Chris trained with O’Melveny. A portion of his training contract was spent in the firm’s Singapore and Hong Kong offices, where he gained experience on a range of deals including debt restructuring, capital markets, and private equity.
