Daniel Silverman is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice group, with a particular focus on patent litigation.

Before attending law school, Daniel used his B.S. and M.A. degrees from Yale University to teach high school physics. His favorite learning activity with students was making audio speakers out of magnets, copper wire, and everyday household items. Those teaching experiences enhance Daniel’s legal practice each day because he has an awareness for explaining complicated ideas in understandable ways.

Daniel puts his background to use assisting technology clients in patent and other intellectual property matters.
