Emma Tehrani is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office. She represents companies across a wide range of industries, including clients in the banking, technology, and hospitality industries. Emma has experience with arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”), internal investigations, and class action defense. She maintains a pro bono practice representing asylum-seekers and conducting human rights research.

Emma graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she served as a senior submissions editor of the Southern California Law Review. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Chicago, where she graduated with honors.
