Erika Rasch specializes in commercial litigation and trial work, representing diverse clients in their most sensitive and complex matters.  She focuses on developing case strategies and achieving outcomes that serve both her clients’ litigation and business goals.  Her broad range of complex litigation experience includes class actions and shareholder derivative actions, securities, antitrust, employee benefits, trade secret misappropriation, and copyright infringement.
