O’Melveny Worldwide

George Bashour is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office. He represents companies in a variety of industries, including clients across the pharmaceutical, technology, and travel industries. George has experience defending clients in the pharmaceutical industry against legal actions brought by state Attorneys General and in investigations by Congressional committees. He also plays a key role on an O’Melveny team representing a client in plaintiff-side antitrust litigation. In addition to his litigation experience, George has also counseled clients on various issues, including compliance with antitrust laws and investigations from the Department of Justice and state regulatory authorities. He maintains a pro bono practice assisting asylum seekers and incarcerated people seeking compassionate release.
