Hayley Wolf

Hayley Wolf is an associate in O’Melveny’s Corporate department. Hayley represents issuers and investment banks in a wide range of transactions, including SPAC transactions, private and public equity and debt offerings. She also advises public and private companies with regard to securities law compliance, disclosure issues, corporate governance issues and public and private mergers and acquisitions.
