Jack Day is a litigator who focuses his practice on complex litigation and sensitive internal investigations. Jack represents clients in a wide range of industries, including finance, emerging technology, and education. He also devotes significant time to pro bono advocacy, including his recent work briefing an appeal in the Ninth Circuit on behalf of an individual seeking adjustment of status.
Jack graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While in law school, Jack successfully briefed and argued an appeal on behalf of an indigent prisoner in the Ninth Circuit. He also won his law school’s Moot Court Competition and was awarded runner-up best brief.
