Jason Han’s practice focuses on infrastructure development, project finance, and real estate transactions. He represents both public and private clients in the development, financing, and operation of major infrastructure projects and the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real property. Jason also regularly counsels clients on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
