Jeff focuses his practice on technology-intense litigation, including patent and trade secrets matters, and has litigated matters involving in a wide variety of technologies, including mobile device user interfaces, e-commerce platforms, telecommuncations, data center building methods, semiconductor storage technologies, streaming video methods, mobile and television displays, steel manufacturing methods, cable television and internet networks, drug delivery devices, and various applications of data analytics.  Jeff has also represented clients in general business litigation matters involving contract and tort claims. 

Jeff has represented clients in district court, including at trial, in California state court, and in connection with inter partes review proceedings at the USPTO.
