Jiaxiang Zhang advises Chinese companies in connection with outbound investments and exchange listings in Hong Kong and the United States, private equity, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining O’Melveny, Jiaxiang was a Senior Vice President in the legal department of China’s sovereign wealth fund (China Investment Corporation) and before that he practiced at two large international law firms.
