Karen Ireland is a highly-skilled transactional lawyer specialising in capital markets and finance. Karen has vast experience in domestic and international financial and corporate transactions, including private equity finance, acquisition finance,  asset-backed  finance, real estate finance, film finance, structured and tax-efficient finance, derivatives, securitisation and receivables financing, finance leases, debt capital markets, insolvency, and restructuring.
