O’Melveny Worldwide

Keith Guo is a Silicon Valley-based corporate lawyer providing guidance on a wide range of transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings, and strategic cross-border investments.  Keith counsels early to late-stage technology and life sciences companies, including their founders and executives, through day-to-day operational challenges and leads deal execution on major milestone transactions.  Keith also offers practical and strategic advice to venture capital and private equity firms and multinational conglomerates in international and domestic transactions including mergers, stock and asset sales and acquisitions across various industries.  

As a member of O’Melveny’s Fintech Group, he has co-authored articles and client alerts analyzing novel legal issues surrounding the recent proliferation of blockchain technologies. 

Before joining O’Melveny, Keith practiced in the Boston and Silicon Valley offices of an AmLaw 50 law firm.
