Kimya Saied is a litigator in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC office with experience in complex litigation matters in federal and state court. She also has experience counseling companies through internal investigations and government inquiries, and has advised clients on the False Claims Act and the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
Before joining O’Melveny, Kimya was a law clerk for the Honorable John B. Owens on the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Haywood B. Gilliam on the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
