Kobina A. Quaye is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office. Described as a creative and strategic thinker, Kobina draws on his philosophical training to represent clients in an array of complex litigation matters. Kobina’s work touches on a broad range of issues, including insurance coverage, securities, false and deceptive advertising, fraud, attorney ethics, and breach of contract matters. He has advised clients at every stage of litigation, has drafted briefs and other filings in both state and federal court, and also has trial experience.

Kobina maintains an active pro bono practice, and is passionate about constitutional and police accountability issues. Kobina has briefed Fourth Amendment issues to the Ninth Circuit and has litigated state and federal constitutional claims against various police departments to vindicate the rights of his clients.
