Ling Zhang is an associate in O’Melveny’s Hong Kong office. Her practice focuses on international capital markets and related transactions. She has experience representing issuers and underwriters in connection with initial public offerings and debt offerings. She also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Ling worked for other large international law firms.
