Lisa Agueda focuses her practice on Intellectual Property & Technology. She counsels clients on a variety of matters that range from trademark, copyright, and domain name to Internet and privacy issues.

Lisa has extensive experience with a broad range of activities related to US and international trademark portfolios, as well as TTAB filings and other actions.

She also regularly advises on trademark and other IP issues related to regulatory compliance and commercial transactions, and performs IP due diligence for finance and acquisition transactions.
