Maha Syed is a corporate associate with experience in a variety of transactional matters.  Her practice emphasizes capital-raising transactions, where she advises clients on credit arrangements including bank financings and acquisition financings, public offerings of equity and debt, and general corporate and public company reporting matters.

Her clients include corporations, private equity investors and asset managers, specialty finance firms, and intermediaries active in sectors including agriculture, aviation, business services, consumer products, electronics, entertainment and media, infrastructure, manufacturing, and semiconductors.
