Marni Barta Robinow represents companies and educational institutions in a broad range of litigation, including employment-related actions such as those involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations, and unfair labor practice charges, and other claims lodged against educational institutions. Marni also advises employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, crafts employee handbook policies, and drafts comprehensive employment agreements. She also conducts internal and independent investigations into alleged misconduct.

Marni also maintains a robust portfolio of pro bono cases and is the co-founder of Kid Flicks, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Marni completed a judicial externship for the Honorable John A. Kronstadt of the US District Court, Central District of California.
