Drawing on nearly two decades in enforcement at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and in-house at a global diversified financial services corporation, Melissa Baal Guidorizzi advises traditional financial institutions and emerging fintech companies on compliance, governmental investigations, enforcement actions and litigation.

Melissa joined O’Melveny* from the Office of Enforcement at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where she developed the Bureau’s supervision and enforcement priorities and policies related to credit cards, deposit and prepaid accounts, traditional and emerging payment systems, remittances, and cryptocurrency.
