Michelle Yu is an associate in O’Melveny’s Shanghai office. She has participated in projects covering merger and acquisition, venture capital, capital markets, foreign direct investment, and other general corporate matters. Michelle was the top prize winner of the 2009 O’Melveny & Myers Shanghai Legal Scholarship. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle interned with a Chinese domestic law firm.
