Michael Reynolds represents and counsels companies in a variety of complex civil matters. He represents clients involved in insurance coverage disputes, environmental and mass tort litigation, class actions, and data breach and privacy issues. Michael advises a variety of clients including major insurance providers and automotive, electronics, and pharmaceutical companies.

  • Part of a small team that ran a two-week high stakes arbitration in a long-running bad faith coverage dispute with a chemical manufacturer over massive environmental liabilities
  • Drafted briefs resulting in the dismissals of multiple consumer class actions against a major car manufacturer
  • Currently representing a major insurance company in a coverage dispute with a school district over hundreds of child abuse claims
