Noah Mengisteab is a corporate associate in O’Melveny’s Dallas office. He advises clients, particularly private equity funds, on a broad range of matters including M&A transactions, investments, divestments, joint ventures, energy project development, corporate governance matters and other complex business transactions.

Noah is also a 2024 William T. Coleman Diversity Fellow.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Noah gained valuable experience working as the Assistant Director of Debate at Delbarton School in Morristown, New Jersey.
