Cem Surmeli is a corporate counsel in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office. He specializes in public and private mergers & acquisitions, public equity and debt offerings, and private equity transactions. He also advises public and private companies on a variety of corporate and securities law matters and corporate governance issues.
