Patrick primarily represents clients in the entertainment and media industries in complex litigation, including disputes regarding contracts, copyright, antitrust, and the First Amendment.  His practice spans all stages of litigation, including pre-dispute negotiations, trials, and appeals.

Patrick also maintains an active pro bono practice.  Recently, he successfully obtained legal residency for a transgender woman from Mexico who had been deemed a deportation priority by the Justice Department.
