Penny Chen is an associate in O'Melveny's Hong Kong office. Penny focuses her practice on capital markets, primarily representing issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings. She also has experience in regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Penny worked in the Hong Kong office of another international law firm.
