With more than 25 years of experience, Peter Healy represents companies and underwriters in public offerings (debt and equity), private placements (debt and equity), going-private transactions, and other capital market transactions. His practice also involves mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and the representation of  private equity firms, hedge funds, and sovereign wealth funds in their investment activities. Peter also has substantial experience in the representation of companies and institutional investors in secondary market transactions and tender offers involving some of the world’s leading private companies. Peter frequently advises boards of directors, independent committees, investment banks and fund sponsors in connection with various capital market, M&A and secondary market transactions.
