Reuben Aguirre is a skilled litigator with experience in ERISA class action defense for a major healthcare insurer, employment class action defense for a global airline, and a trade secrets, copyright, and patent suit representing an artificial intelligence company.

Reuben also advises clients subject to white-collar criminal investigations, representing the board of directors of a major private university, a global real estate and investment company, and a ride-sharing company.

Reuben has counseled an international financial services client, assisting with internal legal determinations regarding various security breaches.

Reuben’s pro bono practice includes representing asylum-seeking families separated at the border, unaccompanied minors, and a dissident fleeing political persecution.  He has also contributed to a United States Supreme Court amicus brief on legislative history of the Immigration Nationality Act, and drafted a policy advocacy manual to extend safe drinking water to disadvantaged unincorporated communities in rural California.
