Timothy Carr is a litigation associate in O’Melveny’s New York office with a focus on labor and employment. He represents a broad array of clients including major airlines, real estate companies, and building management companies.

Before joining O’Melveny, Timothy worked in the financial lines and casualty areas of Chubb’s New York City House Counsel Law Firm of Eustace, Prezioso & Yapchanyk. Timothy’s financial lines practice consisted of defending matters involving EPL, D&O, and ADA. His casualty practice consisted of defending matters sounding in premises liability, products liability, automobile liability, construction accidents, real property, dram shop, subrogation, and general negligence.

Timothy has tried multiple jury/bench trials during his career. He has obtained multiple defense verdicts and has successfully settled numerous cases during trial for far below the last pre-trial demand.
