Toby Knapp is an internationally recognized advisor to strategic and financial sponsor clients. Toby’s practice also includes advising clients on corporate governance, shareholder activism, fiduciary and investment advisory relationships and a broad range of capital raising transactions. Toby serves as Head of O’Melveny’s M&A and Private Equity Practice for the United States.
