Xuan Zhang is highly skilled corporate transactional lawyer who focuses primarily on the formation and operation of USD-denominated and RMB-denominated private investment funds, including buyout, infrastructure, mezzanine, real estate, venture capital funds, hedge funds, and funds of funds. In addition, Xuan has vast experience in advising investment funds and fund managers on regulatory and compliance matters. She also has significant experience in advising clients on co-investments, internal carry arrangements, and secondary transactions.

She is recognized in 2016 by the industry's most prestigious legal publications including Chambers Asia, Legal 500, and IFLR1000. She is described by clients as "very experienced and knowledgeable" and "extremely responsive".

Prior to joining O'Melveny, Xuan was an associate in the Investment Management Group at a top-tier New York law firm, focusing on the formation and operation of private investment funds.
