Xueyin is counsel in O'Melveny's Beijing office. He focuses in the areas of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity investments. He has been involved in some of the most important IPOs in New York and Hong Kong in recent years involving some of China's top technology and other leading companies. Prior to joining the firm, Xueyin practiced in the Beijing and Hong Kong offices of a leading international firm, and a prestigious firm in Japan. Xueyin also is a Charted Financial Analyst (CFA).
