Ye Sun represents issuers and underwriters in the Hong Kong IPO market, particularly in the healthcare sector. He also represents issuers and underwriters in U.S. IPOs and U.S.-Hong Kong dual listings, and advises large corporations, private equity funds, and financial advisors on M&A and general corporate matters. In the past year alone, Ye has served as lead lawyer on more than a half-dozen completed IPOs and approximately twenty ongoing IPO projects. Ye is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
