Yiying Wang

Yiying Wang is an associate in O’Melveny’s Shanghai office. She represents companies, investment banks and private equity funds in IPOs in the U.S. and Hong Kong capital markets, cross-border M&A transactions, and various other corporate transactions.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Yiying practiced in the Shanghai offices of other leading U.S. law firm and PRC law firm.
