Yuko Zaha handles a wide range of transactional matters and general corporate matters. She has represented Japanese, US, and Asian companies in cross-border and domestic M&A, joint venture restructuring and real estate financings. Based on her experience seconding to a Japanese subsidiary of a US company, she has an ability to advise on various legal matters related to general business operations of a company with an understanding cultural differences between Japan and a US company. She has also advised on fund-related regulations under Japanese laws and has experience in handling Japanese and US litigations.
