‘In re Sabine’: Gathering Agreements and Real CovenantsJune 10, 2016
O'Melveny’s John Rapisardi and Joe Zujkowski co-authored the June 8, 2016, New York Law Journal article, "‘In re Sabine’: Gathering Agreements and Real Covenants." According to the authors, if the Bankruptcy Court’s ruling is upheld in In re Sabine Oil and Gas Corp., the question for those in the oil and gas industry will be whether the Sabine decision is limited on its facts and not generally applicable to other oil and gas gathering agreements.
Rapisardi is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Global Restructuring Practice and Zujkowski is a counsel representing debtors and creditors in in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
