California Consumer Privacy Act Annotated

O’Melveny Silicon Valley special counsel Scott Pink has authored California Consumer Privacy Act Annotated, a treatise on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The book serves as a structured guide to California’s first-of-its-kind consumer privacy law, providing companies with practical guidance on compliance with the CCPA.
