O’Melveny partner Ron Cheng authored the Forbes.com column “What to Expect from the Obama Administration's Cybersecurity Suggestion Box” published September 9, 2016. The piece details the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s recently issued request for information (RFI) seeking suggestions from the private sector on a wide range of cybersecurity issues. In the article, Cheng provides predictions for what some of those suggestions might be.

“For executives, the RFI is an opportunity to focus the government’s attention on their companies’ greatest concerns,” he wrote.
