Partners Matthew Close and Shelly Heyduk will participate in discussions at the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s 51st Annual Securities and Regulation Seminar on October 19 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel.
Close will moderate the roundtable discussion titled, “Ethics: Preserving the Attorney-Client Privilege in Transactions and Internal Investigations,” and Heyduk will participate in a discussion on issues that Boards of Directors have been facing in the “Me Too” era, called “Corporate Governance - A New Era.”
