This webinar will explain why trade secret litigation has doubled in each of the past few decades. How this increase and other factors change the decision-making process for protecting IP with a patent or by keeping it as a trade secret will be discussed. The webinar will also cover the benefits and risks of asserting litigation involving both patent and trade secret claims. This interdisciplinary webinar will benefit anyone involved in the acquisition, management, or litigation of patents or trade secrets.
