Aronson to Speak on Risk Management and Oversight at FCD Directors' Institute

O'Melveny partner and Securities Litigation Practice Chair Seth Aronson has been invited to speak at the Forum for Corporate Directors 6th Annual Directors’ Institute, "Making Sense of the New Reality: Exploring Directorship Today," taking place on November 10 and 11 at the Hyatt Regency Irvine. This educational conference for experienced directors and executives is designed to challenge assumptions and build new models and standards of excellence in corporate governance.  The keynote speaker will be Chief Justice Myron Steele of the Delaware Supreme Court.   
Aronson will be a panelist for "Risk Management and Oversight" along with Larry Boyd, General Counsel of Ingram Micro, Susan King of KPMG, and Thomas Turk, Ph.D., Professor of Management at Chapman University.
