Baker Moderates Stadium Development Panel at Miami University School of Law Entertainment & Sport Conference

O’Melveny partner Chuck Baker moderated the panel, “Innovations in Stadium Development,” at Miami University School of Law Global Entertainment & Sport Conference, held April 5, 2018. The panel addressed trends in the industry and gathered experts such as Adam Grossman, CEO and Founder of Block Six Analytics (B6A), John Ruzich, General Counsel of Legends, and Joe Pierce, General Counsel of the Charlotte Hornets.

Co-chair of O’Melveny’s Sports Industry Group, Baker’s corporate practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions, with a core focus in the sports, media and consumer sectors. He has represented buyers and sellers of sports franchises in the National Football League, National Basketball Association, National Hockey League, Major League Baseball, Major League Soccer and many of the European football leagues.
