Brody and Newman Participate in ACI 7th Annual E-Discovery Conference

O’Melveny Washington, DC partners Stephen Brody and Kimberly Newman spoke at the American Conference Institute’s 7th Annual Advanced Forum on E-Discovery & Document Management: Proven Strategies and Expert Insights for Reducing Litigation Costs and Streamlining Data Management on September 22-23, held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

Brody moderated a panel entitled, “A View from the Bench: Judicial Perspectives on Rule 502, the Intersection of Technology and E-Discovery, the Potential for Sanctions Against Outside Counsel, and More.”  Newman spoke at the workshop, “Legal Process Outsourcing, Offshoring, and the Use of Contract Attorneys: Obtaining Cost-Effective and Quality Legal Support Services.”
