7月 28, 2010
O'Melveny partner Steve Brody will chair the Practising Law Institute's Ethics and Electronic Discovery course on July 28 in New York. Part of PLI's annual Ethics in Context series, the course will taught live at PLI's headquarters in New York, and attendees will also be able to watch a simultaneous webcast that will remain available at PLI's website in the months following the course. Brody will be joined on the faculty by Dechert partner Phil Yannella and Day Pitney counsel Cindy Courtney. They will cover a broad range of ethical issues that arise during the document maintenance and discovery processes, from pre-litigation risk assessments to negotiating search terms with opposing counsel.
