O’Melveny counsel Melissa Baal Guidorizzi, a former Senior Counsel for Policy and Strategy in the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Office of Enforcement, is a featured speaker at the Consumer Bankers Association’s upcoming CBA LIVE conference, which this year will be a virtual event.
Drawing on nearly two decades in enforcement at the CFPB and in-house at a one of the five largest banks in the US, Guidorizzi advises traditional financial institutions and emerging fintech companies on compliance, governmental investigations, enforcement actions, and litigation.
