Celli to Speak on Article 102 at Intertic’s Annual Conference on Antitrust PolicyApril 9, 2010
O'Melveny partner Riccardo Celli (BR) will be speaking at Intertic’s Annual Conference on Antitrust Policy, which is sponsored by the Italian Antitrust Authority. This year’s conference is titled “Recent Developments in the Enforcement of Article 102” and will be held in Rome. Intertic is the first international academic thinktank on innovation and competition.
Celli will be speaking in a session entitled “Rebates in the enforcement of Article 102.” His experience in this area includes representing Advanced Micro Devices against Intel in the largest Article 102 complaint in EU history.
