O’Melveny counsel Hannah Chanoine will serve as distinguished co-chair of ACI’s 2nd Cross-Industry Interdisciplinary Summit on Defending and Managing Class Actions to be held April 3 and 4, 2017, at The Park Lane Hotel in New York.
Chanoine will also present the April 4 discussion “Tackling Unique Ethical Considerations in Class Action Litigation,” which covers such issues as conflicts within cases, communications with class members, and preserving privilege.
Based in the firm’s New York office, Chanoine focuses on defending and advising companies in a diverse range of class action matters in the trial and appellate courts.
